While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or the resolution of all technical issues, as some may be limited by hardware failure, software constraints, or third-party service providers (e.g., your ISP).
2. Eligibility and Service Area
Our in-home services are currently limited to the greater Metrowest area of Massachusetts. Remote support is available regardless of location, provided you have a stable internet connection. You must be at least 18 years old to book a service.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments can be scheduled via our website or over the phone. We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.
4. Payments and Fees
Service fees are disclosed at the time of booking or consultation. Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit cards and other electronic payment methods through our secure portal.
5. Data and Privacy
Your privacy is paramount. During a service session, we may need access to your devices or accounts. We will only access information necessary to perform the requested service. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your important data prior to any service session. HomeTech Ally is not liable for data loss occurring during or after support.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomeTech Ally shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim arising out of our services shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific service.
