What are the costs for help?
I believe in clear and fair pricing. You can choose a Monthly Support Plan for as little as $50 each month, or just book a single session whenever you need it. You can see all the details on the booking page.
Is my personal information safe?
Your safety is very important to me. I use secure tools to help you remotely and I will never ask to store your passwords. I can even show you how to keep your own passwords tucked away safely.
Can you come to my home?
Yes, I certainly can! If you live nearby and choose one of my support plans, I am happy to visit you in person. If you are further away, I can help you over the computer just as easily.
What if I've never used a computer?
That is exactly what I am here for! I specialize in helping seniors who might feel a bit lost with new gadgets. I am very patient, I explain things simply, and I never use confusing technical words.
